A Natural Fertility consultation will help you with understanding your own fertility and recognising ovulation. It can help you to get pregnant faster if you’re trying to conceive and enables you to develop your own personal fertility chart and ovulation calculator. These consultations will also help you define your fertile stage if you have irregular periods / cycles.
Natural Fertility requires three consultations and provides individuals and couples with an understanding of the “sympto-thermal” method. Lifestyle and thorough pre-conception advice is provided, enabling clients to fully understand their own and their partner’s fertility, maximising your chances of successfully conceiving. The information gained through use of the sympto-thermal method is also helpful should future medical intervention be required.
If you’re already pregnant, pregnancy acupuncture may help manage many symptoms that present during pregnancy, and provide support to promote an efficient labour. Midwives have reported that a reduced rate of intervention is noted for women who have received pre-labour acupuncture.
